1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at support@depeptide.eu before returning any goods.

You may use our Withdrawal Form available on this website, but this is not mandatory.

2. Condition of Returned Goods

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

- Be unused and unopened  
- Remain in its original sealed condition  
- Have intact safety seals  
- Be returned in its original packaging  

Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory materials, products that have been opened, unsealed, or tampered with after delivery cannot be resold and may therefore not be eligible for a refund.

However, your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

3. Return Procedure

- Contact us before sending any return  
- Returns without prior approval may be refused  
- You must package the item securely  

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days  
- We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return  

6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request:

- Photos of the product and packaging  
- Additional information  

In such cases, we will provide a replacement or refund.

7. Documentation for Claims

For damage or delivery-related claims, we may request clear photo or video documentation of:

- The outer packaging  
- The inner packaging  
- The product condition upon arrival  

This helps us process claims quickly and prevent abuse.

8. Research Use Only

All products are strictly intended for research use only and are not for human or animal use.

 

9. Abuse and Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or service in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or policy misuse.

10. Non-Accepted Returns

We do not accept:

- Opened or used products  
- Products with broken or missing seals  
- Returns sent without prior contact  
- Returns outside the withdrawal period
