Terms and Conditions (T&C) – DE-Peptide

1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) apply to all orders placed via the online store operated by:

By placing an order, you agree to these T&C.

2. Products and Intended Use

All products sold by DE-Peptide are strictly intended for laboratory research purposes only.

They are not intended for:
- human consumption  
- veterinary use  
- medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic use  
- injection, ingestion, or application on or in the body  

By purchasing, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

- the products will only be used for lawful research purposes  
- the products will not be used for prohibited applications  
- the customer is responsible for proper handling and storage  

3. Compliance with Laws

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, import, possession, and use of the products comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

DE-Peptide does not guarantee that products are permitted in every country.

We are not responsible for:

- customs delays or inspections  
- seized shipments  
- legal consequences arising from unlawful use or import  

4. Order Process and Contract Formation

Product listings do not constitute binding offers but an invitation to submit an order.

By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer.  
A contract is concluded only when we confirm the order via email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud or legal concerns.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in EUR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated.

Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout and may include:

- Shopify Payments  
- Credit/debit card  
- Other providers shown at checkout  

Payment is due immediately upon order placement.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to selected countries within the European Union.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.  
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days in accordance with applicable law.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Products should be returned unused, unopened, and in their original sealed condition.

Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory materials, products that have been opened, unsealed, or used beyond what is necessary to inspect them may result in a reduced refund or may not be eligible for a refund, depending on their condition.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DE-Peptide shall not be liable for:

- improper use or handling of products  
- indirect or consequential damages  
- damages resulting from non-compliant or unlawful use  

Nothing in these T&C shall limit liability where such limitation is not permitted by law (e.g. in cases of intent, gross negligence, or mandatory consumer protection rules).

Our total liability is limited to the value of the purchased goods.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including branding, images, text, and design, is the property of DE-Peptide unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

11. Fraud and Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to:

- refuse service  
- cancel orders  
- refuse refunds  

in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these T&C.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by the laws of Austria.

For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence remain unaffected.

Jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with applicable law.

3. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these T&C at any time.

The version published at the time of the order shall apply.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including the “research use only” limitation.
