1. Shipping Areas
DE-Peptide ships to selected countries within the European Union.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipping to certain locations where necessary (e.g. legal restrictions, logistics limitations, or risk assessment).
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time:
14–21 business days (approximately 2–3 weeks)
Please note:
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Delays may occur due to shipping carriers, customs procedures, or external factors beyond our control
- During periods of high demand, processing and delivery times may be extended
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or displayed as a fixed rate.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
5. Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided once available from the shipping carrier.
Please note:
- Tracking numbers may take several days to become active
- Updates depend on the shipping provider

6. Delivery Responsibility & Risk Transfer
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- shipping carriers
- customs authorities
- incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
Nothing in this section limits statutory consumer rights where applicable.
7. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
- delivery may fail or be delayed
- additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment
8. Undeliverable or Returned Shipments
If a package cannot be delivered and is returned to us:
- original shipping costs are non-refundable
- reshipping may be offered at the customer’s expense
If the customer requests a refund instead of reshipment, it will be processed in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
9. Customs, Import & Compliance
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the import of products into their country is permitted.
DE-Peptide is not responsible for:
- customs delays
- import restrictions
- seized or rejected shipments due to local regulations
10. Product Disclaimer (Shipping)
All products are shipped strictly as research materials only.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that:
- products are not intended for human or veterinary use
- the customer assumes responsibility for lawful handling and use
